Hehe, well, in truth my popularity is a mere illusion. Pretty much all of them I friended myself, and my guess is that everyone was just too courteous to say no.

Why thank you my fellow Washingtonian! I put it up a few days ago. I recently made it a little smaller so you can see more of the city lights (and the Needle) and less black emptiness. I don't think it looks too bad myself.
