Well, I don't actually own a car myself, but if you mean a gear stick, then yeah, my parents' car most certainly has one.

Heya, sorry for the late response, I was visiting my family last week and wasn't online very much. Too bad about the price of that GTI, I hope you find the means of acquiring it some time. I've still yet to learn how to drive myself. It's something I've been putting off for a while, the very notion terrifies me so much, but I guess I'll have to bite the bullet some time soon.

Today, I test drove a 2007 Volkswagen GTI -- it's a sporty hatchback with a DSG transmission: basically, it's a manual transmission without a clutch pedal. I loved it, but I had to curb my enthusiasm: $22,000 with about 20,000 miles on it. Wasn't gonna buy it today anyway, but it was still disheartening seeing that price. Afterwards, I had to help my dad move some dirt. Real fun .
